View CSSPlay
Stu Nicholls in the UK provides this quite extensive gallery of CSS examples. Many of them are experimental, so be careful in implementing them, but it’s exciting and inspiring to see what can be done using current CSS standards. And the best part is that there’s no Flash, so CSS content is searchable, easily editable, and able to be internationalized. No doubt you’ll come away with ideas you can use on your own sites.

View fadtastic
fadtastic tracks trends and news in Web design, layout, the design industry, and more. It may take a bit of digging through the somewhat-unintuitive site, but there are some good nuggets of content here. Recommended topics are Opinions, Reviews, and Companies. The big benefit of fadtastic is that it gathers a diverse set of opinions and viewpoints under one roof, instead of confining you to one design aesthetic.
